Meet Alexis Gould, LSO

Originally from Massachusetts and now a proud Florida resident, I've always been drawn to the transformative power of beauty and self-care. As a teenager, I'd wake up at 5:30 every morning to perfect my makeup skills, but what started as a hobby evolved into something much deeper--a realization that external care can profoundly impact confidence, self-expression and overall well-being.

I pursued my education in medical aesthetics, eager to help others experience this transformation firsthand, but life took an unexpected turn when I was involved in a devastating car accident. During my recovery, I came to understand that self-care is about more than just appearances--it's about reclaiming confidence, embracing resilience and nurturing the connection between how we look and how we feel. Despite the challenges I faced, including the loss of my legs, that belief fueled my determination to finish what I started. After 3 months in the hospital, I returned to school and earned dual licenses as an electrologist/laser technician and skincare professional.
